Four packages for single settings, groups and school-based provision. Prices are per setting and exclude VAT, families and staff accounts are never charged per head, and larger organisations get the same figures written into a proposal before anyone commits.
What is always included
- Every safety capability. Attendance, headcount, ratios, accidents, medication, safeguarding, emergency information, permissions, consent, immutable audit and full data export are never priced separately.
- The family portal. Family access is part of the platform, not a per-parent surcharge.
- Your data, exportable. A full export of your organisation's data is a base capability rather than a retention lever.

These are not aspirations. If a proposal you receive from us breaks one of them, it is our mistake and we will correct it.
- Safety features behind a tier

- Attendance, ratios, medication, accidents and safeguarding are in the base product for every customer.
- Charges per family account

- A family using the portal costs the same as a family who never opens it; charging for parental involvement would be perverse.
- Written document before you sign

- Your full export is a base capability, so ending a contract is an administrative step rather than a negotiation.

Four packages. Everything that keeps children safe is in all of them.
Prices are per setting, exclude VAT, and are billed to the organisation rather than per family or per member of staff. Annual billing is charged yearly in advance; monthly billing is the same platform at a higher rate.

What a Nurtalo proposal actually contains
A proposal is one document you can circulate to a governor, a trustee or a finance lead without translating it first. It states the scope, the price, the term and — unusually — the parts of the platform that are not finished yet, so nobody signs on the strength of an incomplete impression.

Status
Being straight about where Nurtalo is
Nurtalo is in active development ahead of launch. We would rather tell you plainly what exists today, what is being reviewed, and what is still to come, than imply a finished service.
Because of that, early conversations are deliberately direct. We will tell you which capabilities are complete, which are implemented as reviewed boundaries that are switched off until they are finished, and which are still ahead of us. We would rather lose a conversation than win one on a claim we cannot support.
We do not publish discount tables, promotional pricing or contract lengths on this page, because none of those are agreed yet and inventing them would be misleading.
Questions
About cost and commitment
- Why is there no price on this page?
- Because any number we published would be wrong for most settings, and we are not willing to advertise a figure and then explain it away. A scoped written proposal is more useful and more honest.
- Do families pay anything?
- No. The family portal is part of the platform provided to the nursery.
- Are safety features cheaper if we drop them?
- They cannot be dropped. Safety and compliance capabilities are base entitlements and are never feature-gated.
- What happens at the end of a term?
- Your data remains exportable in full. Commercial terms are set out in the written proposal rather than assumed from a web page.
